The project consists of the construction of a new commercial interior build-out for a franchee of the Blo Blow Dry Bar Franchise.

Project Location
The new Midtown Mall, just south of the Maimi Design District on the ground floor of the Midtown #4 building, Miami, Florida.

Project Challenges
Located in a functioning exterior mall / mixed use environment.
Parking limited to parallel in front of store and parking garage down the street.

Project Status - COMPLETED
The Project was completed during Miami Art Basel Week as requested by the client to increase traffic and opening sales.

Project Challenges
Located in a functioning exterior mall / mixed use environment.
Limited accessiblity, only one entry into space through front door
Parking limited to parallel in front of store and parking garage down the street.
Heavy construction noise restricted to the hours of 7:00am - 11:00am.

Project Description

The project consists of the renovation of existing operational commercial interior during off hours.

Project Location

The Colonnade Outlets at Sawgrass is located east of the Sawgrass Expressway off Sunrise Boulevard and just outside of the Sawgrass Mills Mall Sunrise, Florida

Project Challenges

Located in a functioning exterior mall / mixed use environment. Parking limited to parallel in front of store and parking garage down the street. Work can only be completed when store is closed from 9:30pm to 10:00am. All materials must be brought in on an as needed basis and all waste materials must be removed by completion of work each day.

Project Status

The Project is underway and was started on 02/13/12 and on 02/14/12 passed framing rough inspection.
