Realistic Expectations

Construction and Remodeling is an inherently disruptive process due to noise, schedule, costs, etc… inherent in the process of construction is a love hate relationship or euphoric beginning, low point in the middle and happiness at the end. Our focus is the entire process from the beginning past the end. Our experience and control systems allow us to get through the bumps in the middle to allow the ending to be much better than anticipated.

Regular Communication

Communication is the key to any business but is critical in the construction process as every decision usually impacts the cost, the schedule, or the quality. We keep in touch with each of our team members and our clients on a daily, weekly, monthly, basis, via e-mail, jobsite meetings, subcontractor meetings, consultant meetings, and building official meetings. We embrace the TEAM Approach Method as all of our team, which includes our clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and the municipalities are on the team and all have a valuable part in the process.

Clean Jobsite

At Cianci Construction our jobsites are cleaned on a daily basis as it part of our governing business principals. Our philosophy is that a clean jobsite is:

a. safer for our workers and our clients

b. Increases the level of quality of the overall project

c. Increases the performance of our subcontractors

d. Increase the likelihood that the scheduled completion dates will be decreased and the project will finish on time or earlier than planned.

Timely Completion

Timely completion is a combination of many factors; selections, inspections, subcontractor purchasing, and budget. Anyone of these if not properly managed, forecasted, or completed could cause a major delay. With our complete systems approach we create, manage, and execute the various required aspects of project when they are needed through pre-planning, daily and weekly updated schedules, weekly and monthly cost reviews.
